TASSAROLI designs, develops, tests, manufactures, and sells several types & sizes of side pocket mandrels for gas lift valves and water flow regulators.
These products are offered with the best technical and economic solution, in accordance to the operating condition specifications, as well to the well completion, as follow:
• Diameter and drift of casing & tubing
• Services type of corrosion, as per NACE classification: E3 or E4
• Presence of corrosive components such as: CO2, SO2, HCl, O2, etc..
• Differential pressure between the well and formation

TECHNICAL ALTERNATIVES
• Models with “W” are special for water flow with top-bottom flow path. The other models are with bottom-lateral flow path.
• Standard ends are Box-Box with EUE 8 Rd threads. Box-Pin ends and/or Premium threads are supplied upon request.
• Following NACE MR-01-75/ ISO 17078 regulations, models are provided with 36 HRc hardness for E1 non-corrosive service and with 18-22 HRc harness for E2 corrosive service.
