TASSAROLI designs, manufactures and distributes a complete line of flow regulator valves used for selective water injection in secondary recovery. In addition to these products, Tassaroli S.A. offers technical support in the field for the initial regulation of the valves, as well as refurbishment of worn parts and packings. The important features of the Tassaroli valves are:
• Constant flow delivered to changes of pressure differential
• High durability, thus minimizing the cost of interventions of the well
• Use of stainless materials most suitable for each specific type of service
• Various options of design for extreme conditions: high flow, high differential pressure, etc
DESIGN AND USE FEATURES
STANDARD MATERIALES
The following materials are used in the standard model:
• AISI 316 stainless steel for the body and latch.
• Stainless Steel AISI 440 c with high durability for the components of the system of regulation subject to the greatest wea.
SIZES & FLOW RATES
• WFR-1.0″ : valve 1″ with flow rates ranging from 20 m3/day up to 190 m3/day.
• WFR-1.0 “PREMIUM: valve 1” with flow rates ranging from 20 m3 / day to 190 m3 / day, with less pressure difference for its operation.
• WFR-1.5″: valve 1 1/2″ with flow rates ranging from 20 m3/day up to 200 m3/day.
• WFR-1.5 “Premium with pressure and temperature record (Memory).
• WFR 1.0 ” and 1.5 ” with coupon holder for corrosion.
LATCHES
Depending on the type and sizes of pocket are mainly used the following models:
• Latch type R-RA-RK (in Ø 1.5″)
• Latch type BK-2 (in Ø 1.0″)
• Latch type BK-2 Premium (in Ø 1.0″), with greater resistance, allows a greater number of installations.
MODELS
Depending on the fluid inlet – outlet, the following models are available:
• BS: Bottom inlet – Lateral outlet
• BS PREMIUM: Bottom inlet – Lateral outlet
• TB PREMIUM: Upper inlet – Lower outlet
• TS: Upper inlet – Lateral outlet

DELIVERY
According to type of contract, clients are offered an immediate-availability on-field stock of valves and spare parts.
PRE & POST SALES SERVICES
We have specialized personnel to collaborate in the search of the best solutions Pre – Post sales.
REGULATION TESTS
Tests are conducted according to design procedures on a test manifold, reproducing the conditions expected in the well. By request, tests can be run on each batch delivered.

TECHNICAL OFFER
The water flow regulators have a specified size, flow-type and raw material type, as indicated by the following table.
Models indicated type SR are for standard flow regulation, and the indicated as HR model are for high flow regulation.
The part numbers listed in the table correspond to Material code Standard 1640 and the flow of Standard Regulation (SR).
